The experience was terrible, and the staff seemed very greedy; there was nothing positive.

I could see a massive flag from my window, hearing it sway gently in the wind. However, I was moved to a sister Sapphire Hotel after a fire broke out at the Old City Sapphire on the day I arrived; the staff waited until 2:00 am to escort me safely across town. I would have preferred the original, closer location, but…
