The room was quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good, but the biggest downside was that the hotel staff ruined my laundry; I waited three days for it, the items were stolen, and I never got a refund for the damage. The bathroom had no drain, the shower gel bottles were empty, the breakfast was very modest, and opening the safe required cutting power in the room, which is problematic.

We had a great stay here; it felt like home and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siam Reap and would be happy to stay here again. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The hotel was very well located 300 m from the center, but it was calm at night. The pool was a plus for refreshing. The owner Bruno organized everything for us: excursions, entrance tickets, transfers… very practical! Thank you for everything! The take‑away breakfast when leaving early is not good.
