The bath and the room were nice, but the stairs to the front desk were inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, and although there was no major issue, the stairs to the front desk were a bit tough for my father with a spinal condition; nevertheless, the staff helped with his luggage and were very kind.

The distance to Dogo Onsen Main Hall was close and that was good, but the breakfast selection was limited; I had expected more based on earlier positive comments, so I was even more disappointed.

The outdoor and indoor baths were separate, and the front desk staff carried my luggage. Wi‑Fi was weak, the building felt old and hard to navigate with separate main and annex buildings making it maze‑like, the shop only open at night, and the breakfast options seemed limited, yet the price was good.
