Being close to the metro and a convenience store was convenient. The laundry room operated from 7 h to 22 h, which was a drawback since I couldn’t wash outside those hours.

The place is near Lotte Mall with plenty of eateries; a few spots nearby seemed like strip bars, which made me unsure about staying there at night with my family, but otherwise it was fine. The AC only worked on one side, which wasn’t a big issue. The motion‑detector lights forced me to keep moving to keep the lights on. The combo washer‑dryer took 2–3 hours to dry a small load, which was annoying.

The location was okay and the staff were fine. The room was old and initially I was given a unit that looked under renovation and was uninhabitable; the staff said it shouldn’t have been booked, so they swapped it. The new room had water‑damaged furniture, mold in the corners, uneven wallpaper, an unclean water bottle left on the table, a small TV hooked to the big TV, a central AC that didn’t work so I had to use a separate remote. The bedside shelves meant for wall lights were empty. The hallway outside the door had voice‑activated lights that, when off, made the exit glow green; the laundry room’s lights went out before I could figure out how to use it, giving a spooky vibe. Overall, it felt like a cheap, makeshift place. Compared to budget hotels costing a few hundred yuan in China, this room would be bankrupt in China but here it sells for over 800 yuan.

I liked the room—it’s spacious, and the shower has a separate WC. The location is convenient with easy access to the metro, bus, and various food options and a mall.

The spot is great, right on the west side of Busan, and you can hit a ton of shops—perfect for a shopping‑obsessed buddy. The bathroom is split into dry and wet zones, but the toilet isn’t in the best spot, and the sensor light flickers at night, so when my friend heads to the bathroom the flashing light (the bathroom isn’t fully blackout) really messes with the rest of us.
