The location was nice, the owner is friendly and pleasant. The main issues were no window for ventilation, an unpleasant smell, and loud noise from the adjacent kitchen area used by other tenants.

The room was very dirty, the owner was dishonest, and there was a sewage smell.

Nothing good – the bed was worse, the bathroom worse, the smell even worse. Only thing was the good price and the café next door. I do not recommend this apartment.

The location is excellent 👍 Getting to the center is quick, and the buses are well served. The room is too small, the cleanliness isn’t great, and the communal microwave needs replacing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
