The location was great and the place was very neat and cozy, but there was no balcony; a smoking area was available outside.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very soft, the shower had strong water flow and warm water quickly. The room was noisy, with car and outside traffic heard everywhere, and now there’s a construction site in front of the hotel that is very loud—earplugs still let the noise through. If you’re planning to stay, wait until the construction finishes because it runs all night.

The location is right next to the MRT, but the road is tricky with lots of cars and no sidewalk, so watch your step; breakfast was very basic—just toast, biscuits, coffee and tea—so the value was low, the soundproofing was poor, and I was jolted awake at 4 am by construction noise.

The staff were very welcoming and provided good service. Construction is happening in Pratunam, so traffic can be chaotic, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; they do give out earplugs to help block the construction noise.
