“Sleeping comfort close to impossible”
The place is clean and in a good spot, but there are no mosquito nets or repellent, so you have to buy bottled water or use a dispenser, and the mosquitoes made sleeping almost impossible 😔. The reception staff kept up a lot of noise until late, which isn’t ideal if you’re coming from far away just to unwind.
The hotel is clean and the sauna is nearby, with no negatives to mention.

I raised a complaint because the shower in my room had no water in the morning. A cleaning lady told me to use the opposite room that had just been occupied by a couple and hadn’t been cleaned yet. I explained that I couldn’t use a room that had just been used by a couple and was still dirty, but she replied in Swahili, “Kwa hivyo hauwezi tumia room ingine ile imetumika na watu,” and I decided not to argue and went back to my room. From Thursday morning until Friday evening, I used the Sauna Shower, which was always packed, making it very annoying and uncomfortable.
