The spot is great, and the front desk and security staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed, was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the area stayed quiet. There’s a coffee shop downstairs, and Lotte Mart is close enough to grab a cup of coffee or some food, plus souvenirs like Vietnamese coffee and chocolate. I’ll definitely book here again next time.

The receptionist was knowledgeable about every spot, gave friendly and useful tips, and was always ready to help. Getting to the city centre took about 10 minutes by Grab. The rooms were modern, spotless, and even had a washing machine. I would definitely return to this place when in Ho Chi Minh—hands down the best stay I’ve had.

The newly built hotel offers modern rooms with separate air‑conditioning, clean hygiene, clearly distinct hot and cold water in the shower, and a firm mattress that’s easy to sleep on, while the front‑desk lady was very helpful. However, the room design has several flaws: there’s no socket at the headboard, a glass wall between the bed and sofa prevents the AC from cooling the whole space so the bed stays cold and the sofa gets warm, the balcony’s décor attracts ants if food isn’t cleared promptly, the soundproofing near the door is weak, the balcony and emergency‑exit stairs are only separated by a low wall and, since the elevator lacks floor‑by‑floor keycard access, top‑floor guests can wander onto the balcony—though the floor‑to‑ceiling windows lock, it still feels a bit insecure, and there’s no 24‑hour front desk, so late arrivals should call the hotel first.

A great hotel in a new building, well equipped and comfortable. Thanks to the helpful and accommodating staff. The location felt a bit out of the city centre; a taxi is needed to reach downtown.

I really liked it. The apartment is very modern, nicely furnished, and has everything you need (including a washing machine!). The balcony felt especially comfortable. For me alone it was the perfect size, and the small desk was handy for work. The location is good depending on what you want. I appreciated that it’s a bit quieter. The staff were extremely friendly. Thank you.
