Art Rooms

“Чувствуется искренняя забота о гостях.”

I really liked the stay! It’s quiet, calm, and very clean. The room is small but cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable break. The location is excellent – many attractions are nearby, so walking around and exploring the city was convenient. The host is very kind, responsive, and welcoming, always ready to help and answer any questions. We were very satisfied with our choice. Thank you for the warm welcome! We will definitely return and gladly recommend this place to others.

Very quiet! It’s in a lane right by the mountain, so you hear no cars or passersby. There are only three rooms, on the second floor, with a shared full kitchen. The room looks like the photo, clean and tidy. Good mattress, decent water pressure, quiet air‑conditioner, friendly staff. The city center is nearby. It’s not a deal‑breaker for us, but some might not like that the lane is a bit dark in the evening and the room windows face a partially constructed building.

It’s located on a quiet street in the heart of the old town. Nearby there are many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The room is clean, has everything needed, and there’s a lobby with a kitchen, fridge, tables, a balcony, and a kettle. Self‑check‑in might be possible, but the host was always in touch.

The room was very clean, and the shared kitchen was well equipped. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Great communication with the caretaker. It was very hard to find the building entrance, especially at night. The address shows up in a few places on the map. The balcony and window face a wall of a building under construction next to it, so the balcony idea is somewhat pointless unless someone is a smoker.

“It was an amazing stay. Lovely owner that will help you with everything. If ever i will come back,i will hook again here”

It’s clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. It’s close to all tourist spots, mostly a 5–10 minute walk. The owner is super sweet and nice. I stayed here from Aug. 1‑6. Everything was great.
