“Worst. Purely a OYO service center. Not recommended for family stay.”

I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this property. The room was extremely dirty, with dust visible everywhere, and the toilets were clearly not cleaned before check‑in. They were absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Although I was charged for breakfast, no breakfast was provided during my stay. In fact, the property offers virtually no amenities, it is essentially just an OYO service center providing a bed and bathroom. There were no basic toiletries like bath soap, and not even complimentary drinking water bottles. To make matters worse, there was no water in the washroom at 5:30 AM. The staff had disconnected the reception phone so guests couldn’t contact them. I had to go downstairs and wake up the staff member to get the water supply restored. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, misleading breakfast charges, and terrible service make this place a definite no. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

“Stay was very good and comfortable but shouldn't have ask to pay extra for breakfast if they couldn'”

I paid for breakfast to be included but I didn’t get any.
