I booked an oceanfront room but ended up with a side‑view room, yet the bill reflected an oceanfront rate; when I checked the side‑view pricing I discovered I was overcharged.

The breakfast was good, but after getting the key we found the shower room’s body‑wash dispenser empty, the carpet and overall cleanliness lacking, mold growing on the corner moulding of the shower, the air‑conditioner not working at dawn so we had to shut off the wall‑mounted circuit breaker, plus poor cleaning, facility checks and an uncomfortable bed made the stay extremely unpleasant.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, but I was disappointed to find that I paid for an oceanfront room and received a side‑view instead.
