The staff were super helpful and really knew how to make you feel welcome, which was great. However, the WiFi could use some improvement - it was a bit patchy during my stay. Overall, a nice experience, but room for improvement on the tech side.

The staff were really on top of things, friendly and listened to what I needed - no complaints there. Unfortunately, the room had some issues - the mattress was pretty terrible, the curtains were broken, and the wardrobe drawers were hanging off their runners. To top it off, breakfast was a bit of a letdown, not much to choose from.
