The lobby immediately smells like dog urine, and that odor is even stronger in the room; the bed feels harsh and uncomfortable, the bathroom floor is moldy, and the toilets in neighboring rooms flush extremely loudly and need upgrading. On top of that, I was woken by loud domestic noise from drunken guests and then by police officers banging on the adjacent door after an arrest was made, making the whole experience very unpleasant and not something I would recommend to family or friends.
We always choose this place whenever we visit the town.
“Great stay”
We stayed two nights, and the room was clean and met all expectations. We originally booked one night but decided to stay an extra night, and the staff accommodated us immediately by booking the room for another night. There was nothing we didn’t like.
“If I went back I would stay there again.”
The staff were genuinely nice and the breakfast room was pleasant. The first room had a moldy smell, but they moved us to a different room.
The cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were excellent—friendly and polite. The pool was clean and felt safe. This is the only place we stay when we visit home. I have no complaints.
