They should install a smart TV because not everyone gets German, and with a smart TV we could share a screen or watch YouTube.

The staff are super friendly, especially Janine at reception who is very likable and funny, entertaining and helpful, and the kind lady from the early shift also went out of her way by getting us extra Maggi for the scrambled eggs ☺️, but the room felt a bit cramped and tight.

Check‑in was hassle‑free, the location is good, and the room is fine, yet the restaurant was closed on Sundays, there was mold in the shower grout and the water didn’t drain, everything overall looked very “used” and dark, the street‑side room was noisy with the tram rattling by at night, the windows offered almost no sound insulation, and the beds were soft and poorly positioned.

The young lady at reception was nice and did her best, but the reception isn’t open all the time.

“Es war okay für eine Nacht kann man das machen aber sobald man länger dortbleiben möchte, sollte man sich ein anderes Ho”

Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable, but the washbasins are far too small and I’d really like a bigger one so I don’t have to flood the whole bathroom; also there’s no place to store items—no cosmetics or wardrobe space.
