The cleaning lady arrived at 12:00, even though we had checked out at 10:00, and she entered the room several times.

The reading lamp was broken and wasn’t fixed even after we complained. The shower tray was mirror‑smooth (dangerous). We didn’t know that pets could have stayed in every room.

The Wi‑Fi was strong, the breakfast had a wide selection and plenty of food, and the beds were very comfortable—more than we expected! The hotel is also close to the city centre, the train station and many dining options, and it’s near Kulturscheune, where there are many events each year, including the annual drums festival that we attended.

The hotel’s location is good and the underground parking is easy to reach and clean. Breakfast was fine. The rooms were tidy, but for longer stays they’re too small and not very comfortable. The room size is unfortunately not quite adequate for a 4‑star hotel; if two people are constantly in the way, it’s uncomfortable and doesn’t live up to the 4 stars. The bed is too large for the room size.
