I really liked the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere at Son House Studio. The studio was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities, including a kitchen, which made our stay very convenient. The balcony was also a lovely addition and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location in Flic-en-Flac was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. Zub Express Indian Restaurant is very close by, and Carrefour Supermarket is also easily accessible for daily essentials. The owners were extremely kind, trustworthy, and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged taxis and rental vehicles for us, which made travelling around Mauritius much easier and more convenient. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The combination of a great location, clean and well-equipped accommodation, a nice balcony, and the excellent support from the owners made our experience truly enjoyable. I would happily recommend Son House Studio to anyone visiting Flic-en-Flac

We liked everything, from the warm welcome to our somewhat late arrival, water and beer in the fridge to our departure. We requested a 6 pm departure and the host kindly allowed it at no extra charge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The place was self‑contained, very roomy with a lovely balcony. It was within walking distance of the beach, food vans, supermarket, bus stop, and restaurants. It was very quiet. I recommend Son House and would happily stay there again, but only for a short stay.

The accommodation had a kitchen, air‑conditioning, and a terrace in a quiet neighbourhood, the room was clean. The owner family was friendly and helpful, and even their dog was welcoming. It was a few minutes on foot to the beach and the supermarket.
