The location was great and the breakfast was nice, but the pool we came for has been out of service for more than a year, so I’d like a partial refund because that wasn’t what we booked.

The breakfast selection was great, and the hotel looked nice, was clean, and comfortable, with a good central spot to explore the HRV. At check‑in the desk staff didn’t greet us with a friendly smile or a welcome, rushing us and acting unprofessional, though the rest of the team was fine.
