The location is central, right across from the congress centre, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception service is very bad, slow and indifferent. The elevators are faulty and inadequate, and the in‑room Wi‑Fi is weak.

The rooms were nice, clean, and big. No toiletries were provided, breakfast was basic for a 5‑star hotel, and even though I’m a Melia Gold member I didn’t get an upgrade or late checkout.

Everything was great. The only thing that upset me was not being able to stay longer 😅.
