The location is perfect. The rooms are very tidy and quite spacious. The reception is very stiff; the person at the front desk doesn't know what a smile is, but if you ask for something it gets sorted out. Breakfast is limited to cornflakes and toast. You have to take your breakfast downstairs and use the lift to bring it up to your room because there is no dining area; a small table is provided in the room.

The steamer in the room was a nice gadget and the rolls were spacious. The hotel feels like a “cheap luxury” place, as if the budget was already spent halfway through construction. The staff were incredibly impolite and indifferent; we were greeted with “check‑in 3 time” (meaning no check‑in before 3 o’clock). They didn’t want us to read the house rules at reception even if we had questions, and when we left we just got an “ok bye” with a look that said “what are you still doing here?”

The room was good and spacious, with a nice shower and a smart TV. The location was good and we were given water and new towels each day. Breakfast was basic but exactly as shown in the pictures: bread, noodles, and cereal. The staff weren’t particularly helpful and had limited English. The room had a kettle but no coffee was provided. Hanging space in the bathroom and around the room was very limited, and the lights were next to the door, so they couldn’t be turned on or off from the bed.

Redelijk goede bedden, goede locatie. Slechte schoonmaak, vlekken, stof en er lag haar van iemand anders onder de deken. Ook hebben wij de duurste kamer geboekt inclusief jacuzzi, maar bleek achteraf 50000 won per dag extra te kosten. Ook mag er na 23:00u geen gebruik worden gemaakt van de hottub/jacuzzi, dit stond nergens vermeld op de site, pas in de hotelkamer. (Zie foto's) Wij hebben speciaal een kamer geboekt met een jacuzzi omdat wij daar gebruik van willen maken, maar zo veel extra betalen is ronduit belachelijk natuurlijk. Tevens waren er wat mankementen aanwezig in de badkamer, en lijkt het onderhoud behoorlijk achterstallig. Let op mensen, denk eerst na voordat je hier boekt. Hotelpersoneel komt ongeïnteresseerd over
