The setting and surroundings are decent. The hotel is rococo, staying true to its style with no upgrades. The bedding is average, the TV is over 20 years old, a small screen under 32" that can’t pick up main channels (1,2,3…6,7,8 etc). It feels like a ghost village since the seaside hotel closed. The photos are completely misleading.

A good hotel but poorly managed. The cleaning service was lacking, and the restaurant’s Mercadona food was terrible.

The service received was good. The hotel feels very family‑friendly. The people are nice. The waitress was attentive and made the stay much easier. Some maintenance was missing: a scratched wall, a paint touch‑up, otherwise everything was great.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by three rivers that merge into the Arnoyaa River, and a pleasant forest with a temperature that makes you want to stay all day.
