Hotel Imperador Caldas

I liked the heated pool and the tranquility of the place. The problem is that the facilities are old and outdated. I noticed a bad smell in the room when I arrived; they let the place ventilate, but it still had an unpleasant odor.

“Eu recomendo”

The staff are polite and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The jacuzzi, although old, does the job. It was a shame I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it was so clean it was inviting. All in all, just praise.

“Ótima opção de hotel com custo benefício”

The hotel offers great value for money. For an affordable price it provides a jacuzzi in the room, good beds, clean and fragrant linens, and a nice shower. Moreover, the space has a heated pool. The hotel’s acoustics are poor. A tip is to decorate with rugs and upholstered furniture to try to acoustically treat the rooms. The maintenance team that worked at the hotel arrived early and made a lot of noise, which disturbed guests’ rest.

“Aconchegante”

The staff were friendly, the pool was great and the bathtub was a highlight, but there was no phone or bedside lamp, which was a bit disappointing.
