I was told to cancel my reservation the day before arrival because they couldn't accommodate me. If I canceled through the app I'd incur a fee, so I asked for a free cancellation or for them to cancel it on their side. No reply came, and my free cancellation request was never accepted. I had to reach out to customer service to make sure the reservation was properly cancelled and that I wasn't charged. I understand that things happen, but their handling of the situation was very poor.

Nothing. They are ghosts. They never reply to messages. I had to find another accommodation. Ghost lodging! They don't exist. No responses. I had to move elsewhere.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from the bus stop and the terminal. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great; they answered all my questions and gladly let me check out late.
