I noticed a lot of foreign guests among the staff, all of whom were courteous and helpful; the room supplied bottled water, the shower had solid pressure, and it was close to Shinsaibashi Station. On the downside, the morning bread selection was tiny, the bread area cramped, and when someone in front was toasting, the line never moved, so I left without any bread; also, the property felt old—there was no hair‑dryer or cotton swabs, which I would have liked for ear cleaning after a bath.
