The room was large with a big bed, and it was reasonably close to the VFS for a walk. The restaurant operates a buffet style, but you must remember to book dinner – we missed dinner on Friday because we didn’t know a reservation was required. The air conditioning needs upkeep, and the bathroom needs minor fixes. As I told the receptionist, the quality image the hotel projects to guests relies on good housekeeping and maintenance. Overall it’s acceptable, but there are small details that could be improved.

“Never stay here”

Nothing good. The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were dirty even after I arrived at 8 pm, and the new sheets they put on the bed were also dirty. I ended up checking out at 1 am – very, very, very bad.

The staff were friendly, but the assigned room, 131, was right next to the entrance hall and was poorly insulated, so we could hear everyone’s voices and footsteps.

“Nice but not that nice, okay-ish.”

The interior was nice, the AC worked properly, the staff were friendly, and the rooftop restaurant was the best. It’s in the middle of the city, a 17‑minute walk from the LRT Rasuna. The only reason I stayed here was that it offered the cheapest hotel with a fitness facility in the city center, which matched my filter criteria. However, it’s run down, super dark, not up to standard, the photos look pretty but strong smells from cat urine are another reason why this is a total failure, so many ants, and it’s another slum area in the neighborhood.

I didn’t like anything at all. The place isn’t clean and doesn’t suit anyone; please look into it.
