The breakfast was tasty, and they asked ahead if we had any special requests, which we really appreciated; having it in our room with that amazing view felt special, the fridge was handy and the big bed was a plus; recycling was available on the premises and they’re doing a lot to cut their carbon footprint👍🏻, though we wished there were vegan toiletries in the bathroom.

The place is in a fantastic spot, and the views from the huge bay window look like a postcard; everything was spotless and well furnished, and this is my second stay so I’ll book again next year.

We loved every detail of our stay in The Bridge Room, which felt more like a suite with a super king bed and sofa; the big bay window offered superb sea and beach views, the bathroom was a good size with a bath and separate shower, and breakfast was delivered to the room each morning—a nice touch; the front haul was conveniently located, just minutes from restaurants and pubs, and the public car park across the road was easy to use with a parking pass provided; Aberdyfi / Aberdovey isn’t huge, but there are plenty of pubs and restaurants, and overall everything was perfect.
