The sheets were clean, but there were two cockroaches, the display pillows were old and had new binning, the huge desk chair was old with torn black padding and needed to be thrown out, a towel had to be placed across the front door to block light, and the couch was horrible.

The room was great and the staff were friendly, but there was nothing negative.

The check‑in was super easy and convenient, but there weren’t many power points.

The staff were lovely and helped me with a late check‑in, yet the neighbors in the room next door were violently fighting each other at 1.30 am and kept bickering until 5.30 am.
