Unfortunately, I didn't get much sleep because of the noisy ventilation fan. It was really distracting and made it hard to rest.

“We love our room in the new wing and the great services of the hotel staff”

We splurged on a luxury room with a private hot spring, and it was totally worth it - the service was great, meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the free wines in the lobby. The location's a bit out of the way, but we had our own car, so that worked for us. Overall, a fantastic experience.

“Stanze e cena ottime! Il resto migliorabile”

Our room was really beautiful, with a lovely balcony overlooking the stream and a great tub. The bed was comfy and dinner was excellent. However, there were some quirks - like the single light switch in the middle of the room, which was super inconvenient. Breakfast could've used some Western-style options, like pastries or juice. And the foot bath area just looked out onto a wall, which was kinda disappointing. The pillows also weren't super comfy.

“Unbelievable hospitality, setting, baths, and ambiance”

I just had the most incredible ryokan experience - it was seriously luxurious. The whole experience was just top class, from the rooms to the service.
