The resort was great, with amazing service and staff, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and delicious food; the only downside was a slightly hard bed.

The buffet breakfast and dinner food were very good, but bathrooms need buckets and mugs, safety rods should be fitted for senior citizens, and a debit card payment option should be available.

The location was awesome and the hotel was clean, and the food quality was good, but a day before my travel the staff told me they couldn't accommodate me because of overbooking and my lack of advance payment—something I thought wasn't required when I booked—so I had to fight for a room even though I had booked two weeks earlier and confirmed; they only offered one room for my family of four, which was uncomfortable, and they blamed a technical issue with the booking system, so anyone planning to stay here should confirm their booking before traveling.
