“La casa de verano de Spiderman y una piscina de lejía”
The village, views, tranquility and air conditioning were nice. The pool had so much chlorine that it was unusable and caused skin reactions for everyone (in my case I thought I had to go to the village health center). Maybe a tarp would prevent the need for so much chlorine. The photos are misleading; the house looks larger and greener but reality is different… the grass isn’t dry, it’s basically nonexistent. The place is neglected. Cleaning was just enough, with spiders everywhere (under chairs, windows, pool stairs, and in the most hidden spots… you can imagine). Because of the neglect it felt more like a jungle than a countryside. Bugs everywhere (wasp nests, spider nests, mosquitoes, etc). It’s normal to have bugs in the countryside, but this was insane (I’ve never killed more bugs in my life, and I’m talking about dozens). As a result the upper bed was unusable (it was a mattress) because of the swarm of ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. The lower bed was shared by the kids because the other bed was in such bad shape that the metal spring box with wheels from the post‑war era was larger than the mattress and kept moving. The adults had to sleep on armchairs/sofas. In short: the village is amazing and we found peace and tranquility in the surroundings, but the minimum comfort and enjoyment… NO, NOT AT ALL. It needs care and maintenance that it currently lacks.
