I stayed in a large room with comfy beds and a desk that had a coffee machine. The bathroom offered plenty of storage. The location was perfect for anyone visiting Bavaria Filmstadt. The bathroom felt a bit cramped and the walls were very thin, so I could hear my room‑mate talking on the phone and even catch his TV shows. Parking was only available on the street if it was free.

The reception wasn't staffed all the time, but that didn't bother me. A very friendly gentleman was reachable and even upgraded me to a large double room with a terrace. The location was great and public transport was easy to reach. A small coffee machine was available. The clean, warm room and bathroom, plus the reasonable price, were the best parts. My request for a pre‑heated room and an extra blanket was met. We’ll definitely return. I would have liked one more outlet in the room, but I managed.

Late arrival was easy thanks to a key box, the communication was pleasant, and coffee and water in the room were free. Parking was possible right on the street.

A small, practical hotel that was very clean. I had a single room (which was actually large) with a balcony. The room even had a Nespresso machine and a fridge. Bus service was right outside the front door and the S‑bahn stop was nearby.
