The spot was decent, but every time we needed to go in or out we had to change elevators and walk around the building. The carpet in the room was stained and threadbare, so we kept stepping on the exposed gripper rods. The supposedly high‑tech toilet was broken—its lid would close halfway through use. It feels like a high‑end hotel from a few years back that now needs upkeep. Breakfast was plentiful but never varied; the western options were limited.

I liked everything about this hotel—the location, the spacious comfortable room, the pool access, and the good breakfast. The staff were wonderful, truly deserving of praise; thank you for the hospitality. Thanks for the upgrade.
