The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was very good for the price. A front desk employee took a personal interest in us, had an interesting chat about El Camino, and spoke one‑on‑one with my 12‑year‑old. The only drawback is the location: the hotel is over 1 mile from the train station, I had a carry‑on, and the only transport is a taxi, which isn’t easy to get.
