I stayed in a quiet neighborhood free of noisy children and heavy traffic, which made the area feel calm. However, the place seemed to be under a severe insect infestation. During my four nights, on the last day I found fluid-filled, itchy blisters on my arms, legs, and shoulders, which I later learned were from bedbugs or fleas. A Google review three weeks before my stay warned that the property had been plagued for a long time and that the host, despite knowing the issue, kept renting it out. While there, the apartment was constantly aired out for hours, and the chemical treatment caused mucous irritation. I’ve counted over 40 painful bites, had to store my belongings in bags, disinfect everything, and still worry that I might have brought insects with me. The host’s slow, lukewarm response—just saying the landlord had 48 hours to reply—felt irresponsible, especially since they continued renting the 15 rooms.

The place was awful. It didn’t match the photos at all, the communication was bad, no one came to give us the keys, and the toilet was filthy. We had booked for two nights and left as soon as we saw it. There’s no reason to stay there.

The property was fairly clean and tidy, and we felt very safe with no problems. We appreciated having a washing machine and a clothes‑drying area. The lady who helped us into the building was very helpful and showed us how everything worked. The bathroom was the only downside.

The cleaning crew came every day, so the place stayed very clean, and the managers/owners were flexible even though we checked in late. The locks were a bit tricky to use; an explanation beforehand would have been nice.
