We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the good service and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. It's a shame that the hotel's potential is let down by some minor issues, but overall, it's a decent place to stay.

I'm still shaken by the experience we had with the cycles at this resort. We were assured by the staff that they were safe for guest use, but my 10-year-old daughter quickly found out that the brakes were non-existent. Luckily, she only fell into bushes, but the thought of what could have happened on a hilltop is terrifying. The staff's admission that the brakes were gone and their continued use of the cycle for guests is a serious red flag.
