“Cozy stay in the heart of Curitiba”

The location was great, within walking distance of many shops and tourist spots, and transportation was easy with the airport nearby. Breakfast could use some improvement, but the rooftop was perfect for relaxing and watching planes fly overhead. Marcos on the night shift was an angel—super kind and always ready with answers, tips, or directions, and he definitely deserves a raise. Ashley, the morning/midday receptionist, was eager to charge me as soon as I arrived in Curitiba; I speak intermediate Portuguese and she pretended not to understand, then asked her coworkers who were lip‑syncing to music while I checked in. She didn’t give me any Wi‑Fi, breakfast, or amenity info, and every time I needed help with my keycard it was uncomfortable because she didn’t smile or seem friendly.

“Muito bem localizado, hotel feijão com arroz, mas o preço ficou acima do que entrega.”

The room was spacious with a desk for studying, a large bed, and clean; the bathroom had plenty of space. The minibar left liquids stuck together and the air conditioning was faulty—temperature couldn’t be set, so I had to call reception for help.

Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários bem eficientes. Mas alguns poderiam ser mais cordiais. A limpeza é Ótima! Serviço muito bom. E ótima localização
