“Great welcoming and relaxing experience”

The check‑in was a breeze and the place was spotless. I loved having a TV with all the streaming apps already logged in – felt like I was staying with neighbors. The kitchen was a bit cramped and there was no drying rack, plus I’d have liked to set the thermostat myself instead of waiting for the host to tweak it.

I really enjoyed my time in the basement suite – it was clean, modern, and super comfortable. The private entrance made me feel safe and the space was organized and cozy, with everything I needed right there. For the price, it’s a great deal and I’d definitely book again.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay for the value and host service”

The host was incredibly helpful, especially with our late arrival during a blizzard – check‑in was quick and we got extra towels and body wash right away. The location turned out to be a bit farther than we expected, and the roads weren’t fully plowed, so the smart lock got stuck in the snow and we had to call the host to get in. Still, the host’s prompt assistance made the trip manageable.

“Nice and cosy basement”

The basement was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We did wish there were more basics like toilet paper, towels, and garbage bags for a week’s stay, and the Wi‑Fi code would have been easier if it was printed instead of handwritten. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small oversights.
