The location is good, close to the metro and in a neighbourhood 15 minutes from Athens centre. Check‑in is in another building but everyone was very friendly and helped us. Our room was shared with people who had been there for a while, and it was clearly lacking in cleanliness.

I found many biting insects, apparently bedbugs, on my bed and reported the issue to the hotel staff, asking to change rooms. I was told no other rooms were available and that I could leave and get a refund. However, it was already 10 PM, I had a flight the next morning, and I was exhausted. Leaving the hotel was not a practical option. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously to protect future guests

The place looks very nice and the location isn’t bad at all. The only downside is that there’s just one shower.

I ended up at the wrong hostel because I got there so late and the front desk wasn’t open yet, but someone managed to contact them and send me the access codes. The building is great, the location is great, and honestly it’s the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed in.

The location was fine. However, there was a hole in the wall, power cables sticking out of the wall, the walls let all the noise through, it felt like a student house around 23:00, the shower was in a dip, no anti‑slip mat or anything, so it was dangerous. No duvet cover was available, the heating didn’t work, so the towels never dried.
