“À éviter”
I booked two rooms for three nights but ended up leaving after just one night. The room had been sprayed with a horrible perfume and the facilities were broken - toilets weren't working, taps were leaking. The place was dirty, with stained sheets and a bathroom with no windows, which made it humid and smelly. One room had a mattress on the floor and the roof was just a thin metal sheet with cardboard walls, so no thermal insulation at all.
I was a bit disappointed with my stay - the room I got wasn't as nice as the one in the pictures, but I talked to Domink and the manager and they worked something out for me. They were really helpful and nice, so that made up for it a bit. Maybe it would be a good idea to have a clearer warning about what room you're booking, though.
Our stay was pretty rough - the road to get here was bad, and the reception was super spotty. Not ideal, but I guess that's just what you get in some places.

I had a really bad experience at this place - it's not even a real hotel, in my opinion. The room didn't have a proper bed, and it was freezing at night with no heater to warm us up. To make matters worse, we could hear everything going on in the next room, and the photos online were totally misleading. The only redeeming quality was a staff member named Tdnammika, who was super helpful - but honestly, for the price, you'd be better off choosing somewhere else.
We had an amazing stay here - the view of Ella Rock was incredible, and the accommodation was super luxurious. The breakfast was way more than we expected, and our host was amazing, even bringing us dinner from a nearby restaurant during a crazy rainstorm. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was awesome - we'd definitely stay here again.
