Located next to the palace, the spot is convenient with free motorcycle parking and a variety of nearby restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, and massage shops. The room was very clean, the water quality excellent, and Martina was very helpful, giving plenty of travel tips – a solid choice for visiting Ubud.

The property is great. We booked months ahead and paid Rp 3,060,000 for two nights, only to find that the same room type was listed for Rp 499,000 per night – less than one‑third of our price. The hotel offers a single room type, and while free cancellation and breakfast might influence rates, a difference of over Rp 2 million for two nights is hard to justify. We asked for an explanation, but received none. The accommodation itself was excellent, which shows in our rating, yet the value for money was extremely disappointing. Future guests should compare prices carefully before booking.

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. The noodle soup at breakfast was delicious. Many motorbikes pass right outside and honk loudly; it’s not the hotel’s fault, but if you sleep in, it can be quite disturbing. It’s usually quieter between 00‑06.

The owner is very welcoming, the location is peaceful yet only a few steps from the art market, Water Palace, and Ubud Palace. The place feels authentic, and I loved staying here.
