The staff were super cute and very kind at all times. Breakfast was delicious!! The room was clean, very comfortable, and the cleaning ladies were very attentive.

It’s a nice place, with delicious food and very pleasant service. The room had a strong damp smell and you almost always hear noise because a train passes nearby.

It’s located very well, close to the main museums, parks, plazas, and the Central Market. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The buffet is tasty, the staff is friendly, and the common areas are suitable for spending time outside the rooms. The internet is fast too. Someone might be bothered by the train noise; I didn’t have major problems with it, but I understand if people can’t sleep well. The hotel does provide earplugs.

The room was super noisy, and at 6 am I was woken up because the room was right next to the breakfast lounge, making it impossible to rest. I also found a cockroach in the shower. When we checked out and told the receptionist about these issues, she replied, “ah, claro….”
