The hydromassage was great, the bathroom was large with a big shower, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but there was no notice that a party would be held until 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep; additionally, when we ordered food there was no room‑service option so we had to fetch it ourselves, and the room lacked a kettle, hand soap in the bathroom, and glasses for water.

The room size met expectations and towels and water were available as described, yet the staff were unpleasant, the noise level was high on weekends with music playing until 2:30 a.m., common areas and the room were poorly cleaned, and I found spoons and chocolates behind the beds, indicating the room hadn’t been properly cleaned.

We booked two rooms for two and three people, yet they gave us two rooms each with five beds. Some of the beds looked unclean with rumpled linens, as if someone had been sitting or lying on them.
