The staff were very good, the room and toilet were clean, and the location was convenient, yet the food in the restaurant is very expensive compared to local eateries.

The spot was right in the middle of the city, just a stone's throw from the main markets, but the person who escorted me to my room was far from friendly or professional; he was downright rude when I asked for a heater or a blower, insisting it wasn’t cold, even though the temperature dropped to 1 degree that night.
