The staff were super helpful, pointing us toward the best gear rentals and the best routes up the slopes. The rooms were clean and roomy, and even though the place was fully booked it didn't feel crowded, which was great. I would definitely recommend it, though a bar for evening drinks would be nice. ;-)

Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the common room and kitchen were fantastic. There was nothing to complain about; for what it is, it's very good.
