The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in keeping the rooms spotless. However, I did feel a bit uneasy about the lack of secure entry to the rooms - it was just a simple key card swipe, which didn't exactly fill me with confidence. On the other hand, the lobby area was a bit of a letdown, with not enough staff on hand to handle the crowds. Still, the hotel's overall cleanliness and security made up for some of its other shortcomings.
