The location was great, the building and surrounding area had good amenities, walking to Akihabara was easy, housekeeping was excellent with the option to just swap towels, and the mandatory days were handled well. The only drawback was the room size; with two people and large suitcases it was a bit of a hassle to move belongings and set them aside for housekeeping, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker, just the sole downside.
The staff were really friendly and the location was great, plus it stayed quiet. The room was small and a bit humid.

The staff were kind, the breakfast area could be used to warm food, and it’s near the laundry area. The services overall were good. Unfortunately the room is small.

The place felt clean, but the breakfast selection was disappointing and below expectations.

The location is fine, close to Kanda station and right next to a 7‑11 and Family Mart. The room is very small, the window doesn’t open, and the whole space is just the bed—no room to open luggage. The breakfast was disgusting; only the natto was good.
