Great staff. Great value. The plastic shower curtin
“Decepcionante”
The front desk staff were friendly, but the room was noisy and even after moving to a quieter one the noise persisted. It smelled like a drain, the air‑conditioner dripped, and water also leaked from the sink drain. When we returned the second night, the room was exactly as we had left it the morning—bed unmade, no cleaning, and towels unchanged—despite having booked a deluxe room in a four‑star hotel, which felt far below the standard of other hotels we’ve stayed at.
“Will stay here again!”
The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfy! The staff were helpful and the overall ambience was great. The location was excellent.

It’s good location. The rooms a bit old and one of the room stench of cigarette. When you landed as we expected to chill at pool but they renovated for 4days , just the whole time we stayed in Phnom Penh

The bathtub, bed, balcony, and room space were great, and the location was fine, though you might need a tuk‑tuk to reach Riverside if you don’t want to walk 15 minutes. The staff weren’t very responsive, there was hallway noise, and men with questionable hygiene who seemed ready to fight arrived with prostitutes at 5 am shouting in the streets, and the hotel tolerated them. It’s shameful, and people sleeping at 5 am creates a sense of insecurity some evenings—this needs improvement.
