The place was spotless and very roomy, with all the kitchen gear we needed, which made our stay comfortable; Julie, the caretaker, was lovely and welcoming, and even though she didn’t speak English we managed with a translator; she was kind and helpful, and as a group of four families the large space was perfect, the kids enjoyed it, and we especially liked that every room had its own ensuite, which added convenience.

The location, surroundings, and the large group facilities were great, with a grill and oven. The modern building was pleasant even in the heat. The kitchen was big and there were plenty of fridges. The kitchen and windows could have been cleaner. In one room the whole stay smelled of trash. There was little space to store clothes, and two hangers for three people were insufficient.

A nice house with excellent kitchen equipment, very quiet by a small lake, perfect for family holidays or a larger group outing. We could use the house until early afternoon on the departure day. A nice table‑tennis table added to the fun. Communication beforehand was unsatisfactory; messages and questions via Booking and WhatsApp received no replies, but a direct call worked. The lady who assisted us at arrival and departure spoke neither English nor German. The extra fee for using the sauna and whirlpool was excessive (2500 CZK), and the whirlpool cannot be turned off.

The common rooms and bedrooms are great for large groups, the location offers plenty of options, and the kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had. Check‑in and check‑out times were very flexible, which was a big plus. The water, especially in the hot tub, smelled bad, and a delivery scheduled for Friday surprised us; the delivery people just dropped by while we were having breakfast.
