The hotel sits nicely close to the central park and beach, yet not on the busiest, loudest street. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was tasty. However, the sockets need fixing and their placement in the room is questionable.

The room was huge, with a gorgeous balcony and a table. The bathroom had everything you could need. The hotel is in a quiet spot, and the ladies were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing – we’ll definitely come back.

Everything was great. The breakfasts were good, and the staff were very helpful and responsive, sorting out any issues. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is excellent and the staff polite. Hostess Irma welcomed us and gave us a two‑bedroom Luxury room with two balconies. It’s on the second line from the sea, on Shota Rustaveli Street, only 300 m to the beach, and the street is quiet compared to the first line. Breakfast is included and varied. The hotel and its grounds stay clean. There are tables with soft chairs on the grounds where you can spend a calm evening outside. No mosquitoes in Kobuleti. The only inconvenience is that breakfast starts late, at 10 am.

The hotel’s hostess is always ready to help if you have questions. The location is great – many cafés and shops nearby. The breakfasts are hearty and tasty. We missed a few small touches, like a trash basket in the room, curtains in the bathroom, and at least one chair to dry towels. The photos show spacious rooms, but ours was small.
