“Muy buena”
The location, room, facilities, and overall quality were all great and nice, but the breakfast was mediocre and there was almost no support for safely parking a car at night; I’d stay again only if I didn’t bring a car.

The breakfast was better than at other hotels, the roof‑top pool was enjoyable and private, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location was amazing with everything within walking distance; the staff were very friendly and attentive from arrival to the moment I got into the Uber to leave. I would definitely come back to try the other rooms, but the pool couldn’t be used early—you could only get there at 10 or 11, I can’t remember.

The breakfast was decent, with a limited selection that covered the basics. The location was great, just a quick walk to cultural sites and the big park, and the neighborhood is cute with plenty of restaurant options. The hotel’s architecture and interior design were interesting and well done. However, for the price, the double room felt way too small; I was disappointed to be squeezed into a narrow room and a tight bathroom that had to accommodate two people. They also scheduled an electric outage in the evening that lasted longer than the 30 minutes they informed us. Being in a pitch‑black hotel for almost two hours, with no A/C, was not ideal for the money paid. When the power returned, the WiFi on the TV was lost and maintenance couldn’t restore it. No compensation was offered, just a “sorry for your inconvenience.” Having spent almost $2500, I expected better. The amenities are not good either; there really is no pool, just a water feature. Don’t come here if you think you’re going to relax by a pool.

It felt like a $150/night budget design hotel, not a 5‑star hotel. Nothing worked particularly well and the build felt cheap. The room was incredibly noisy and there was no natural light.
