In Astana, this is the best place! It’s on the 25th floor with a fantastic Raul coffee shop and my favorite alternative 5Yes!

The location is great and the rooms are clean and bright, but the elevator magnets didn’t work, the reception was hard to find, and they cancelled one room, saying it was due to reasons beyond their control.

I booked a room in advance, but after a long drive from Almaty, we were told there were no vacancies and offered nearby apartments instead, which I didn’t want. I asked for a hotel room, but the staff were rude and said they couldn’t help. I don’t understand how this can happen—if the room was booked, why can’t I check in? It was a very unpleasant situation.

I never expected a hotel that would leak my personal data, including my phone number and the exact times I was there, and then offer no way to contact the property or its support staff. I was left on the cold streets of Astana at 21:00, and spent an hour trying to find out what was happening. Scam, in short.
